Gerard Rooney is a HR specialist, who has been involved in the practice for over 25 years. He has worked in the public, private and the community sectors in business and HR leadership roles.

The scale of organisations he has worked for have been from small start-ups through to leading the HR function for major organisations with a multibillion dollar budget and staffing in excess of 30,000 FTE.

These organisations have included:

NSW Health,Australasian Railways Association, NSW Roads & Maritime Services, NSW Department of Juvenile Justice, RailCorp, the Commission for Children & Young People, CRAM Engineering, the YWCA of Sydney and local government and other NSW state government agencies.

Robyn Bignell is one of less than 100 practioners worldwide with the title of Master of Business Coaching. Her speciality lies in the field of culture change, and community relations, as well as working with small business practitioners.

Robyn has had extensive experience with media and public relations providing coaching/consultancy services to organisations such as BlueScope Steel, Queensland Rail National, and BHP Billiton, in addition to numerous local, state and federal Government and corporate sector organisations.
